As a result of all our areas of practice, our team has considerable litigation experience. Our firm provides legal assistance and specialist representation in significant matters of litigation especially in executing civil litigation strategies on a broad range of disputes for the needs of our clients.
We represent our clients from the beginning of the dispute until the end of the chosen dispute resolution process or settlement; in the Turkish Courts of First Instance and High Courts.
We also lead and represent our clients for alternative dispute resolutions. Instead of filing formal court action, our firm focuses on obtaining a commercial solution to a dispute and offering alternative solution proposals to our clients in accordance with the conditions, in order to save time and expense. Our principle is to inform clients at every stage of dispute resolution processes.
